By creating an account or using My HR Pilot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Platform.
My HR Pilot is available to candidates, consultants (recruiters), and employers who are at least 18 years old and can form a legally binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Candidates may upload resumes and profile information; employers and consultants may post job requirements and mandates. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant My HR Pilot a license to process, store, and display it as needed to operate the matching and recruitment features of the Platform.
You agree not to misuse the Platform — including submitting false information, scraping data without authorization, or using the service to harass, discriminate against, or spam other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. My HR Pilot is not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or the accuracy of information submitted by other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
