We use your information to operate core features of My HR Pilot — matching candidates to jobs, parsing and analyzing resumes, enabling recruiters to manage mandates, sending account-related notifications, and improving the Platform.
Candidate profile and resume information may be shared with consultants/employers as part of the job-matching process. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers (e.g. hosting, email, AI processing) strictly to operate the Platform.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google to create or authenticate your account. We do not access your Google account beyond this basic profile information.
We use industry-standard measures — including httpOnly session cookies and encrypted password storage — to protect your account and data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
We retain your account and resume data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Platform's services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
